♥BABY-J 3:43 AM!
I HATE TO THINK MYSELF SLACKING RIGHT NOW BUT I MUST REALLY POST SOMETHING ON THIS GONNA-DIE-BLOGUGH. I felt that there is definitely a need for me to post about my SMP research papers. Things don't look good as they are supposed to be. I am currently reading (university) research papers right now and I don't understand a single theorem! Earnshaw's Theorem 1842...blahblahblah. They all look like Greek words to me ._.

I must say this, if I can score FULL MARKS for my Physics this year, I will probably grasp the theorem behind the levitating magnetic top. lol. UNIVERSITY. If only I could handle my Physics well, otherwise, it is almost impossible for me to understand the theorem. Mr. Yau does not want layman-term theorem, he wants the theorem from research papers. Inside them should include, equations of torque (moment), equation of dunno what and dunno what. YAHHHHH all sorts of equations that will be driving me to madness. I am only given a week to finish digesting them. ):

SMP SMP SMP. Other than that, there's another problem. I can't seemed to find a proper English translation of 不倒翁. That's REALLY BAD. I am suppose to find research papers behind its theorem too! UGH. I think even before I finish digesting my own Year Three Physics units, I will be dead due to overdose of Physics Theorem. LOLLLLS. Like seriously?

Alright here's a sample from one of the research papers I am suppose to read:

The stability of the Levitron® cannot be explained if the top’s axis has a fixed direction in space.Stability against flipping is not enough. Gyroscopic precession around the local magnetic field direction is necessary. An analysis and numerical integration of the equations of motion for an experimental stemless top that includes gyroscopic precession around the local magnetic field lines predict that the top will be supported stably up to spin speeds of about 3065 rpm. An upper spin limit of 2779 rpm for this top is observed experimentally and explained as an adiabatic condition. Spin stabilized magnetic levitation is a macroscopic analog of magnetic gradient traps used to confine particles with a quantum magnetic moment

It is only THE ABSTRACT!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!?! I tried asking a girl from 3M to explain to me in layman's term since I think I understand partially... however, she doesn't understand the first sentence when she saw it. ): WELLLLLLL. I guess if it's about Biology it shouldn't be as tough since I've read research papers of Forensic Sciences before BUT PHYSICSS... =O CAN'T! lols. Anyways, I think I starting to understand much better after reading 5-6 paragraphs of the introduction. It's not exactly tough. LOLS. Nonetheless, I've not reached the theorem part. I'm well-prepared for some madnesssssss.

If you wonder why am I grumbling so much, is it because I regretted joining SMP or what? My answer is, I DO NOT KNOW.
